The region offers metropolitan conveniences with country charm that allows visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy it all. The Mudgee Region offers more than 40 cellar doors for visitors to sample locally produced fine wines and produce.

Mudgee Region accommodation options

The Mudgee Region offers a wide range of accommodation options available to cater for different accommodation preferences and budgets. There are over 3,200 permanent beds in the region to cater for local tourism, conference and event opportunities. Additional temporary accommodation can be provided in the region through tent city or home hosting programs.

Mudgee Region Tourism (MRT) operates visitor information centres in Mudgee, Gulgong, Rylstone and Kandos. MRT provides information on local tourist attractions, things to do, accommodation availability, tours and much more over the phone, in-person, online and through their comprehensive visitor guide.
